Outbound Caller/Lead Generation

NOVA Signage makes custom signs for sign shops and print shops in North America. We do not sell to regular retail customers; we work exclusively with business customers.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable B2B Outbound Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to join our remote, part-time team. This position is based in the Philippines, starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Call sign shops and print shops in North America to identify the right contact person.
• Collect accurate details: name, job title, email, phone number, and address.
• Confirm whether the contact is interested in receiving a NOVA trade sample kit.
• Write clear notes after each call and update our Google Sheet or CRM.
• Follow our call script and pass interested leads to our sales team.

Requirements

• Good spoken English.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B cold calling and prospecting; proficiency in navigating gatekeepers and identifying decision-makers.
• Clear and friendly voice with professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with outbound calling; experience calling U.S. or Canadian businesses is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM Manila Time).

Good to Have

• Experience with B2B calling.
• Experience using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Experience with online phone tools like OpenPhone, Aircall, JustCall, or RingCentral.

What You Do Not Need to Do

• Close sales or discuss pricing.
• Provide technical advice or make promises about delivery time.

We are looking for polite, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals. This role focuses on clear communication, accurate note-taking, and identifying the right contacts.

Schedule

• 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM Manila Time).
