About NOVA NOVA Signage makes custom signs for sign shops and print shops in North America. We do not sell to regular retail customers. We work with business customers only. About The Job We are looking for a reliable B2B Outbound Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in the Philippines, starting at 20 hours/week, with the potential to increase hours based on performance. The cold callers should know how to professionally navigate gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, collect accurate details, and make meaningful business-to-business calls. This is not a hard-selling role. Your main responsibility is to call sign shops and printing shops in North America, identify the right contact person, collect accurate information, and confirm whether they are interested in receiving a NOVA trade sample kit. Our internal sales team will handle qualified leads and follow-up conversations. Responsibilities Call sign shops and print shops Find the right person to talk to Get their name, job title, email , phone number, and address Ask if they want to receive a NOVA sample kit Write clear notes after each call Update our Google Sheet or CRM Follow our call script Pass interested leads to our sales team Requirements Good spoken English 3+ yrs experience in cold calling (b2b outreach); must be proficient in cold calling and prospecting Clear and friendly voice Experience with outbound calling Experience calling U.S. or Canadian businesses is a plus Good attention to detail Reliable internet Quiet place to work Able to work 20 hours per week Able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time Able to work Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM Manila Time Good to Have Experience with B2B calling Experience using Google Sheets or CRM tools Experience using online phone tools like OpenPhone, Aircall, JustCall, or RingCentral What You Do Not Need to Do You do not need to close sales You do not need to talk about prices You do not need to give technical advice You do not need to make promises about delivery time How to Apply Please answer the form.
