Outbound Call Center - Las Vegas, VA

About the role

We're hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our rapidly growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call center sales, lead generation, telesales, customer service, or B2B sales.

What You'll Do

• Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to prospective business clients
• Introduce and educate clients on our products and services
• Identify qualified opportunities and transfer leads to licensed sales agents
• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Accurately document call activity and client interactions in our CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Previous experience in inside sales, outbound sales, call centers, telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B sales preferred but not required

Pay

$17/hour + Uncapped Commission. Typical monthly commission earnings of $600-$2,000+.
