Out of School Enrichment Coordinator - Louisville City Schools

Responsibilities

• Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow
• Coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills, build confidence, foster friendships, and develop young leaders
• Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child

Requirements

• Must be available Monday - Friday for AM & PM shifts
• Shift hours: 6:30am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm (varies by location)
• Serve children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at one of our partner Stark County school district locations
• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required)

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience with staff development & school-age children
• Basic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
