Position Overview

Job Description
Contribute by: Translating engagement requirements into compelling graphics that communicate a clear story, while consulting on recommended design approaches (including optimal formats and styles)
Lead the execution of OurBrands POS kits, social posts, sell sheets, and digital and print creative in alignment with brand guidelines
Ensure design standards are upheld across all communications while exploring new interpretations of the brand
Recommend, research, and develop current trends and experiences to support creative strategy and execution
Collaborate closely with the OurBrands team to develop and manage timelines in coordination with external partners and vendors
Contribute across both tactical execution (e.g., presentation design) and strategic initiatives (e.g., pitching creative concepts for communications campaigns)
Support team direction and provide guidance as needed to ensure high-quality creative output
Act as the on-site point of contact for video needs, coordinating the video recording studio environment, equipment support, and occasional filming or photography as needed
Qualifications
Background in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in CPG, private-label, retail brand support, or product design
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset
Self-direction and motivation to take projects from concept through final design
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and creativity
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on macOS, along with experience creating templates and presentations in Office 365 (PowerPoint), Google Slides, and Keynote
Experience designing digital and social assets for internal and external channels, adapting creative for multiple formats and placements
Experience using digital asset management (DAM) systems to manage, source, and organize creative assets across multiple brands and product categories
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a leadership role
Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices, retail stores, distribution centers, conferences, and events as needed, including some overnight travel
