Responsibilities
- Help evolve and maintain Abaka AI’s visual identity across digital, print, and physical experiences
- Create conference and event materials including booth graphics, signage, banners, handouts, presentations, and promotional assets
- Develop branded swag and merchandise including stickers, apparel, notebooks, giveaways, packaging, and other marketing materials
- Design high-quality presentations, pitch decks, recruiting materials, customer-facing assets, and sales collateral
- Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, community initiatives, and partnership programs
- Collaborate with GTM, Partnerships, Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, and candidate-facing communications
- Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across the organization
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and merchandise suppliers to ensure high-quality production and delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Contribute creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas that strengthen Abaka AI’s brand presence
Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, Visual Design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing collateral, presentation design, event design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication principles
- Experience designing both digital and print assets
- Ability to independently manage projects and drive work from concept to completion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities
- Interest in AI, technology, startups, marketing, or community building
- Experience designing presentations, conference materials, event assets, social media content, or branded merchandise
- Experience designing for conferences, trade shows, employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, or B2B technology companies
- Experience working with print vendors, merchandise production, or event fabrication partners
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, web design, or AI-assisted creative workflows
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 USD annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
