Every day, we help patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most through compassionate care and advanced hearing technology. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Aid patients with questions, concerns, and general inquiries
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every interaction
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Process payments and patient paperwork
- Order and stock office and clinic supplies
- Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Prioritize daily office responsibilities to maximize productivity
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance providers
- Absorb and assist patients in understanding their coverage and benefits
- Collaborate closely with providers and team members to meet clinic goals
Requirements
Customer Service Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Comfortable using computers and electronic medical record systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
A genuine passion for helping people and creating meaningful patient experiences
What We’re Looking For
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
$20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Nine (9) paid holidays
Paid sick leave
Two (2) weeks paid vacation

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8-hour shifts
Friday: 4-hour shift
No weekends
