OTR SVC Tire Technician

Job Summary

At Snider Fleet Solutions, we value our employees and offer excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment. We are seeking an experienced OTR Tire Technician with at least 3 years of OTR experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

- Minimum Age: 21 years - Drivers License: Valid Class C, insurable to meet company standards - Medical Certification: Current DOT Medical Certification - Certifications: Commercial and OTR TIA Certification (required within 6 months of hire), MSHA Certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Safely service customer equipment in compliance with OSHA standards - Operate hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service OTR tires - Mount and dismount various OTR tires according to industry best practices - Travel up to 75% within the region to meet customer and company needs - Adhere to TIA standards, policies, and safety practices
