OTR SVC Tire Technician

Job Summary

OTR Tire Technicians work offsite in a company provided service truck in order to service customers with all OTR tire and wheel related needs; including; replacing, inspecting, repairing, and properly mounting/dismounting all OTR (construction, earthmoving, mining, agriculture, etc.) tire and wheel related products.

Qualifications

- Minimum Age: 21 years - Drivers License: Valid Class C, insurable to meet company standards - Medical Certification: Current DOT Medical Certification - Certifications: Commercial and OTR TIA Certification (required within 6 months of hire), MSHA Certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Safely service customer equipment in compliance with OSHA standards - Operate hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service OTR tires - Mount and dismount various OTR tires according to industry best practices - Travel up to 75% within the region to meet customer and company needs - Adhere to TIA standards, policies, and safety practices
