About the role

IWX Motor Freight is urgently seeking CDL‑A Independent Contractors to haul OTR reefer freight. Contractors choose their own loads, run no‑touch freight, and have access to 24/7 dedicated support staff.

Responsibilities

• Select and accept loads that fit your schedule and preferences.
• Operate reefer trailers with no‑touch freight handling.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and support staff for timely deliveries.

Pay

Contractors earn 87.5% of linehaul revenue plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. The network reports average weekly gross earnings of $4,700, which translates to approximately $244,400 gross annually.
