About the role
IWX Motor Freight is hiring CDL‑A independent contractors to operate OTR reefer freight, primarily serving the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast with occasional runs to the West.
Responsibilities
- Select and haul your own loads.
- Earn percentage‑based pay instead of mileage pay.
- Retain 100% of the fuel surcharge.
Pay
Compensation is percentage‑based; you keep the full fuel surcharge on each load.
Schedule
Over‑the‑road (OTR) operation focused on the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast, with opportunities to run West.
