Pay
Earn $71,000–$97,000 per year. Pay methods vary by location, operating group, and job type, but all paychecks are guaranteed. Drivers in the Intermodal fleet receive experience-based mileage pay plus activity-based pay for select opportunities. Drivers in the Dedicated Contract Services® fleet receive pay based on specific account needs and location.
