Class A CDL Company Driver - 1-5mo EXP Required - OTR - Dry Van - $1.5k per week

Solo and team OTR drivers with consistent, planned schedules and predictable home time.

Pay

• Solo drivers: 52–56 CPM based on experience and location; top 20% earn $1,500+ weekly
• Solo drivers average 2,000+ miles per week
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers
• Team drivers: $0.72–$0.80 CPM split starting pay; average $260,000 annually, top teams $300,000+
• Team drivers average 5,500 miles per week
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for teams (split)
• Performance bonuses and paid vacation

Schedule

• Solo: 28 days out, 5 days home
• 100% no-touch freight

Requirements

• Class A CDL and at least 21 years old
• 3 months of verifiable experience
• No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (10 years if offense occurred while holding a CDL)
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• No drug-related conviction within the past 5 years (10 years if offense occurred while holding a CDL)
• No positive or refused drug/alcohol tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
