About the role

CDL‑A truck drivers needed for solo over‑the‑road (OTR) and team operations, hauling no‑touch freight with newer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Solo OTR drivers average 2,000 miles per week.
• Team drivers average 5,500 miles per week.
• Handle no‑touch freight.
• Operate newer equipment.

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license.

Pay

• Solo OTR: 52‑56 ¢ per mile (based on experience).
• Top 20% of solo OTR drivers earn $1,650 weekly.
• Team drivers: $0.72‑$0.80 ¢ per mile split.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus (split with team partner).
• Team average annual earnings $260,000; top teams $300,000 annually.

Schedule

12 days out / 2 days home (typical OTR rotation).
