Local CDL A Driver - Flatbed/Dry Van - $26/hr

About the role

We are seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves local delivery and shuttles to warehouses within a 100-mile radius of Nashville. The role is customer-oriented with 95% no-touch freight, although drivers may be asked to assist with unloading if requested by the customer.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver palletized freight, completing deliveries and return trips per shift.
• Perform required handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience; should have some flatbed experience within the past 5 years.
• Able to drive a manual transmission.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Experience with dry van and flatbed in the last 5 years.
• Consistent work history preferred.
