About the role
Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their established ENT team in the Finger Lakes region. The position offers a balance between autonomy and stability within a fully integrated health system.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in a community setting
- Collaborate with a team of experienced APPs and audiology services
- Participate in a shared call schedule (1:3)
- Engage in ongoing professional development and CME activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- New York State Medical License
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery

- Experience in general otolaryngology

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $450,000.00 - $550,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonuses, or other forms of variable pay.
Schedule
Full-time position with a shared call schedule (1:3).
Physical Requirements
L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
