To provide medical expertise to support patients in living the healthiest lives possible.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside Audiology, Neurotology and Primary Care
- Practice at our Saratoga Springs ENT Clinic in Saratoga Springs, UT with privileges at American Fork, Utah Valley & Spanish Fork hospitals
- Have 32 patient facing hours w/ 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency training in Otolaryngology
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Qualifications
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Pay
$515,000 per annum, $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance when applicable and additional compensation once on productivity
