Otolaryngologist

Key Responsibilities

• Detect and treat a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions.
• Provide inpatient and emergency consult coverage, including surgical emergencies.
• Perform surgeries and oversee postoperative care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Treat patients in ambulatory clinics at the main campus and satellite locations.
• Involvement in departmental and divisional activities such as peer review, quality and safety initiatives, and meetings.
• Contribute to medical education for medical students and ENT residents.
• Involvement in research, program development, leadership, and multidisciplinary clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology (ACGME-accredited, U.S. or Canada).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
• Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure and active DEA certification.
• Strong clinical expertise, teamwork skills, professionalism, and commitment to diversity, equity, and patient advocacy.
