About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. At Ascension St. John in Tulsa, we're in a unique phase of rebuilding and expanding our ENT program, and it's creating something most physicians don't often get.
Responsibilities
- Call structure: Flexible. We prioritize work-life balance through a highly structured call schedule. Our providers typically participate in a manageable rotation of a week of call.
- Practice setting: Mixed (outpatient and inpatient)
- Key Procedures in Clinic: Eustachian Tube Dilation, Biopsy, Skin Lesion Removals, Ear Tubes, Scopes and Ultrasounds
- Access to: Robotics | Dedicated block time | Support staff | Audiologists
- Lead patient care within your assigned area by applying advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to improve individual health outcomes.
- Advocate for clinical excellence by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance the quality of care and the cost-effectiveness of our services.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in ENT field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
