Otolaryngologist

About the role

A board-certified or eligible General Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon is sought to join an academic department.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care and treatment within otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
• Grow individual clinical practice and referral base.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical efforts.
• Teach residents, medical students, and other learners, including delivering CME lectures.
• Serve on departmental, health system, or university committees and engage in professional service activities such as reviewing or conference organization.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in otolaryngology.
• Medical licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in clinical care, teaching, and research.
