OTM Lead Technical Analyst

About the role

This position is for a functional lead with technical capabilities, focused on the organization's rollout of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role involves leading the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications, ensuring systems run efficiently. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into OTM solutions, configure the system to support transportation workflows, and provide strategic advice to management.

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Lead the support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, providing guidance on configuration and design.
• Translate business requirements into OTM solutions and configure the system to solve transportation-related business problems.
• Understand transportation operations and supply chain processes to drive data quality for internal planning.
• Manage the data loading process and approve governance standards for data structures.
• Lead and mentor the team responsible for training users, setting up user access, and building reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations for application development and system standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors to ensure support for enterprise-wide applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support, with significant hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience managing SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
• Knowledge of how to configure OTM to support business transportation workflows.
• Ability to develop and review complex custom queries using reporting tools.
• Experience leading teams and overseeing database management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or in lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting multiple OTM implementations across diverse transportation networks.
• Advanced knowledge of transportation management best practices, freight optimization, and carrier management.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between OTM and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, WMS), including knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with BI Publisher reporting, dashboard concepts, and APIs for future-state integrations.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle.
