We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: location, onsite, relocation, sponsorship, description, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, technical skills, company description (Everforth Apex overview), benefits overview. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (job description paragraph), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" (maybe combine required qualifications?), "Qualifications" (maybe preferred?), "Skills" (technical skills), "Benefits". Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title. Use headings only for sections with real content. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, duplicate lines, application instructions, virtual recruiter note, privacy policy, etc. Also remove "Job#: 3054065" maybe as minor metadata; we can put in a short

at top? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

with location and maybe job ID? Probably include location and maybe job ID as metadata. We must not include application instructions like "Click here for more details", "By applying..." etc. Also remove "Everforth Apex Benefits Overview:" maybe we keep benefits content but not the heading? We'll create a Benefits section with

    Benefits

and list. We must not include duplicated lines: there are duplicate EEO paragraphs; we remove. We must not include "Everforth Apex is an equal opportunity employer." repeated. We must not include "UnitedHealthcare creates..." etc. We must not include "Everforth Apex Systems is part of the Commercial Segment..." etc. We must not include "Everforth Apex Benefits Overview:" as a heading; we will just put benefits content under Benefits heading. We need to preserve all substantive info: location, onsite, relocation, sponsorship, description paragraph, responsibilities list, required qualifications list, preferred qualifications list, technical skills list, company description (Everforth Apex overview), benefits list. We need to format as HTML fragment. Let's extract details: Job#: 3054065 (metadata) Job Description: OTM Lead Technical Analyst Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite, absolutely no remote options) Candidates who are willing to relocate to Cleveland will be considered. We need to avoid duplication: there is also "Everforth Apex Benefits Overview:" line; we already captured. We need to exclude "Everforth Apex uses a virtual recruiter as part of the application process. Click here for more details." etc. Also exclude "By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls..." etc. Also exclude privacy policy link. Also exclude "Everforth Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer." repeated. Also exclude "UnitedHealthcare creates and publishes the Transparency in Coverage Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Everforth Apex." etc. Also exclude address and NYSE ticker. Now decide sections: We could have: -

    About the role

with the job description paragraph. -

    Responsibilities

    with
    • ... -

      Required Qualifications

      with
      • ... -

        Preferred Qualifications

        with
        • ... -

          Technical Skills

          with
          • ... -

            Benefits

            with
            • ... (but benefits are prose; we could keep as

              but also could list as

if we split sentences. The instruction: Use
                • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Benefits are a list of items; we could make a list. However the benefits paragraph includes multiple items separated by commas and sentences. Could break into list items: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, other insurance; ESPP; 401K with company match after 12 months; HSA; SupportLinc EAP up to 8 free counseling; corporate discount savings program; other discounts; on-demand training program; access to certification prep and library after 6 months; certification discounts and perks to CompTIA and IIBA; dedicated customer service team; certified Career Coach; Welcome Packet. That seems appropriate as list. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can convert to list items but must not lose info. We'll create

                    with each benefit as
                  • . Ensure we include all details. Also include location and maybe job ID as a short

before sections. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite, absolutely no remote options). Candidates willing to relocate to Cleveland will be considered. Must be able to work without sponsorship now and in the future.

Maybe we can include Job ID as part of that

                    but not as heading. Better:

Job#: 3054065 | Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite, no remote options). Candidates willing to relocate considered
