Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate closely with the Director of Therapy Operations, overseeing daily team activities such as scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate milestones. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations of the therapy team.Deliver compassionate, individualized care to patients.Support team coordination and communication.Contribute to patient recovery and celebrate successes. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
