Competitive pay $46.72–$50.62/hour Full-time, on-site role that blends hands-on OT caseload with team leadership Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and families (access from day one) Generous PTO that accrues over time Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plan Flexible spending and health savings accounts Clinical ladder / specialty certification support when eligible Career path from staff OT into therapy operations leadership Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver skilled OT treatment and monitor patient response toward functional, discharge-ready goals Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily OT team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with therapy staff and hospital departments Supervise occupational therapists, COTAs, and technicians Support staff development, competency, and performance management Coordinate team tasks, documentation, training, and schedules to meet quality, productivity, and operational goals Drive continuous quality improvement across the OT service Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient outcomes and a consistent plan of care Build therapeutic relationships by understanding each patient’s physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Celebrate functional gains and coach the team around best-practice rehab OT Qualifications: Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license (or license as required by state regulations) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program Minimum three years of discipline-specific occupational therapy experience (minimum two years clinical) BLS/CPR required or obtained within 30 days of hire Leadership experience preferred Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Interested in hearing more?
