OT Therapy Team Leader - Lead Care Provider

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team within a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct therapy to patients, fostering recovery and celebrating progress. Use your expertise to guide patients toward their rehabilitation goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
