Flagstar Rehab connects Occupational Therapists with assignments that align with their schedules and professional goals while providing the option of LLC support for those interested in independent work. With daily updates on facility needs, you always have a clear understanding of available opportunities. Remote onboarding and quick placement ensure a seamless experience so you can focus on patient care without unnecessary delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Requirements

• Current NYS OT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Pay

$46–$48 hourly (W-2), $57–$60 hourly (1099).

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
• Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts Available
