Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe. Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
- Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
