Occupational Therapist (OT)

Rose Haven Nursing Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. We offer competitive pay ranging from $48-$65 per hour based on experience, flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts, and a supportive environment where your voice is valued.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
