OT Clinical Specialist - FT

About the role

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. This role requires a graduate of an accredited university with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), a current license and/or registration in the state(s) (as applicable), and previous experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct training sessions for other therapists and staff members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment.

Requirements

• Current license and/or registration in the state(s) (as applicable).
• Experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a DPT.
