Clinical Specialist - FT

About the role

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their skilled nursing facility and long-term care team. This position requires a graduate of an accredited university with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a current license and/or registration in the state(s), and previous experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to other therapists as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within physical therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a DPT degree.
• Current license and/or registration in the state(s).
• Previous experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.
