Clinical Specialist - FT

About the role

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their skilled nursing facility and long-term care team. This position requires a graduate of an accredited university with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a current license and/or registration in the state(s), and prior experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to other therapists as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment sessions.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Current license and/or registration in the state(s).
• Experience as a Rehab Director, Rehab Supervisor, or Traveling Supervisor.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a DPT degree.
