About the role

The Osteopathic Family Medicine Physician and Residency Program Director will lead and oversee a well‑established Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program, splitting time evenly between administrative duties and clinical involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program (50% administrative, 50% clinical).
• Teach in outpatient settings.
• Participate in inpatient Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine consultations.
• Mentor residents.
• Develop curriculum.
• Promote scholarly activities such as research and presentations.
• Maintain a personal clinical practice during dedicated patient care time.
• Collaborate within a diverse Graduate Medical Education environment, supporting multiple residency and fellowship programs.

Key Duties

• Lead a residency training program for eight Family Medicine residents and additional ONMM+3 residents.
• Shape curriculum, enhance academic visibility, and promote research initiatives.
• Participate in clinical care and consultation services.
• Collaborate within a comprehensive GME environment and support resident development.
