About the role
AMN Healthcare, in partnership with AdventHealth Graduate Medical Education, seeks an accomplished osteopathic Family Medicine physician to serve as Residency Program Director for the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program in Orlando, Florida. The program is based at AdventHealth East Orlando, a 295‑bed community hospital within one of the nation’s largest faith‑based healthcare systems. The position follows a balanced 50% administrative and 50% clinical leadership model, with a start date as soon as possible. The director will lead a program that trains eight Family Medicine residents each year (plus additional ONMM+3 residents), teach in an outpatient setting with opportunities for inpatient Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine consultation, maintain a personal clinical practice during dedicated patient care time, and collaborate within a robust Graduate Medical Education environment that includes multiple residency and fellowship programs. Orlando offers professional opportunity, family amenities, cultural attractions, and year‑round outdoor recreation, with easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches.
