About the Role
Lead a well-established Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program with a focus on training residents and fostering scholarly activity. Maintain a balanced role with 50% administrative duties and 50% clinical practice, including outpatient teaching and inpatient consultation opportunities. Guide curriculum development, mentor residents, and collaborate within a robust Graduate Medical Education environment. Contribute to research, academic presentations, and increase scholarly visibility. Maintain a personal clinical practice during dedicated patient care time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee an Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program
- Develop and enhance curriculum for resident training
- Mentor residents and foster their professional growth
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and academic presentations
- Maintain a clinical practice with outpatient teaching and inpatient consultation

Requirements
- Experience in osteopathic family medicine education
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
