About the role

The OSS Regional Director, Oncology will lead sales efforts in the US for the Sales – Business Development function. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in oncology sales, and the ability to manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and other industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oncology sales or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
