OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst

About the role

This position serves as an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst within the Intelligence community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSINT techniques, PAI analysis, and experience working with classified information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT and PAI research to identify and analyze relevant targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external sources and partners to gather actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive targeting strategies are developed and executed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding the handling of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in OSINT and/or PAI analysis.
• Experience with intelligence gathering methods, including open-source and social media analysis.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with classified information handling procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position requires a full-time, on-site presence at the client site in Arlington, VA.
