About the role
The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst will be responsible for conducting advanced research and analysis to identify and target high-value adversaries. This role requires a deep understanding of open-source and publicly available information (OSINT) and predictive analytics (PAI).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OSINT and PAI analysis to develop targeted strategies against adversaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate targeting insights into broader operational plans.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in OSINT and PAI methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OSINT and/or PAI analysis.
- Experience working with intelligence agencies or similar organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in OSINT and PAI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successful OSINT and PAI projects.
- Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques and their application to intelligence operations.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
