About the role

The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst will be responsible for conducting advanced research and analysis to identify and target high-value adversaries. This role requires a deep understanding of open-source and publicly available information (OSINT) and predictive analytics (PAI).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive OSINT and PAI analysis to develop targeted strategies against adversaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate targeting insights into broader operational plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in OSINT and PAI methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OSINT and/or PAI analysis.
  • Experience working with intelligence agencies or similar organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in OSINT and PAI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful OSINT and PAI projects.
  • Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques and their application to intelligence operations.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
