OSI SHE Facilitator
About the role
The OSI SHE Training Facilitator will play a crucial role in promoting a safe work environment by developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive safety training programs. This position involves facilitating various safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and maintaining accurate training records.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety training, preferably within a defense contractor or similar industrial environment.
- Relevant safety certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
- Certifications in specific training areas, such as OSHA 10/30-Hour Outreach Trainer, CPR/AED/BBP Instructor, and Confined Space Entry Trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety training software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods during training sessions.
- Able to lift and carry training materials and equipment.
- Travel will be required to travel up to 50% of the time as needed to different sites.
- Ability to conduct training sessions in both classroom and field settings.

- Full-Time Salary Range: $75,254 - $127,930
