About the role
Join a compassionate and collaborative team at Concord Orthopaedics! We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Technician to support our clinical operations and enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with procedures and patient examinations
- Conduct patient intake, including rooming, medical history, and vital signs
- Apply and remove casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices
- Perform dressing changes and prepare injections as directed
- Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Deliver compassionate and professional care during all patient interactions
- Complete other office or clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Casting experience required
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
