Requirements
- Board Certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration as Advanced Prescriber
- Wisconsin State Medical License
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days or more.
