About the Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to provide inpatient and emergency department coverage at a Level III trauma center in Colorado. The role involves 24-hour call coverage, including on-call availability within 30 minutes, to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Manage a variable caseload of orthopedic cases
- Perform procedures within the full scope of general orthopedics
- Provide trauma and emergency orthopedic surgery with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence
- Ensure continuity of orthopedic services in a busy hospital setting
No support staff or prescriptive authority requirements are associated with this role.
Requirements
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in trauma and emergency orthopedic surgery
