About the role

This role involves providing clinical services in a busy outpatient and inpatient setting with a Monday‑Friday schedule and half‑day Fridays. Responsibilities include managing 45 patients on full clinic days and 20‑25 patients on half days, with 5‑14 surgical cases per week. The position offers midlevel support for inpatient and outpatient care, with 2‑3 days dedicated to the OR and 2‑3 days to clinic work weekly. Procedures are limited to elbow‑down surgeries, and 0‑6 inpatients are rounded on daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient load (45 patients on full clinic days, 20‑25 on half days)
• Handle 5‑14 surgical cases per week
• Provide midlevel support for inpatient and outpatient care
• Allocate 2‑3 days weekly to OR work and 2‑3 days to clinic work
• Perform elbow‑down surgeries only
• Round on 0‑6 inpatients daily
• Perform surgeries, deliver patient care, and collaborate within the healthcare team
