Key Responsibilities Include Performing a high volume of orthopedic surgeries, with current surgeons doing 500–600+ annually.Utilizing significant capacity with around 40% OR utilization, with cases scheduled six weeks out.Providing care for a patient population of over 800,000, with strong demand from a large Medicare and aging demographic.Participating in a flexible scheduling model based on physician preference.Collaborating within a highly integrated orthopedic platform, with opportunities for partnership, teaching, and potential ownership.Utilizing advanced resources such as a Level III Trauma Center, robotic platforms, and Stryker technology.
