Orthopaedic Surgeon - Full-Time

About the Role

Seeking a board-certified or eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a collaborative team within an established practice. The role involves direct patient care, including total joint surgeries and outpatient management. The surgeon will work alongside orthopedic colleagues, advanced practice professionals, and supportive staff like nurse navigators, promoting same-day discharges and high-quality outcomes. The practice is located in a multi-specialty clinic near a hospital, offering access to extensive referral sources and outpatient facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care, including total joint procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in call coverage at a 1:3 ratio.
• Engage in outpatient and inpatient care within a supportive environment.

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible, trained through an accredited program.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving lives.
