Orthopedic Surgeon – Full-Time

About the role

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative team serving Lake County and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to develop a busy practice with strong referral support and a high quality of life in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including consultations, treatment planning, injections, fracture management, and surgical procedures.
• Manage a diverse patient panel with an average of 18-22 patients daily, including new and follow-up visits.
• Handle patient communications, review referrals, medication refills, disability documentation, and cast/splint management.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of physicians and hospital leadership to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Board eligible or certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain one in California.
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain one.

Pay

Guaranteed salary with relocation stipend up to $20,000 and a sign-on bonus up to $50,000.
