About the Role
We are expanding our orthopedic platform and seek a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to help build a premier spine program across the tristate region. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing orthopedic organization with dedicated ambulatory surgery center (ASC) access, an established referral network, and significant leadership potential.
Based in Northern New Jersey, you'll join a multidisciplinary orthopedic team focused on delivering high-quality spine care through a combination of ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, and hospital partnerships. The practice offers an established referral network, modern ASC access, operational support, and the opportunity to perform a broad range of spine procedures utilizing the latest minimally invasive techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience treating a broad spectrum of spinal pathology, including:
- Degenerative spine disease
- Cervical and lumbar disorders
- Spinal stenosis
- Disc herniation
- Spondylolisthesis
- Adult spinal deformity
- Complex revision surgery
- Minimally invasive spine procedures
- Fusion and motion preservation techniques
Qualifications
- Fellowship trained in Spine Surgery
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience with minimally invasive spine surgery and outpatient spine procedures preferred
