- Multi-specialty employed group of 19 fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons
- Busy Level I Trauma Center with free-standing McLane Children’s Hospital
- EOS imaging
- 4 resident/yr; Spine APP support
- Guaranteed salary with potential to transition to the survey-based compensation plan after the first year

Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Medical Center is a 64-bed full-service children’s hospital featuring 48 medical/surgical rooms and 16 private Pediatric ICU rooms. The hospital includes a 24-hour pediatric emergency department, a Level II Trauma Center, and an advanced diagnostic imaging center. It also offers a pediatric residency training program.

Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Currently board certified in Orthopedic Spine Surgery or actively pursuing board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
