About The Residency Program

Developed in partnership with Therapy Partner Solutions, this residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians—with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

Residents participate in a comprehensive blended learning model, including:

• 300+ hours of structured didactic education
• 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship
• Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting
• Asynchronous and live virtual learning
• In-person weekend intensive courses

Eligibility Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
• Employed full-time by start of program
• APTA and Orthopedic Section memberships before program start

Pay

Pay range is based on experience, professional and clinical skill set, and patient outcomes.

Residency financial structure 3 options:

• Option 1: $0 cost, 2 Year Post-Graduation Work Commitment
• Option 2: $5,000+ cost, 1 Year Post-Graduation Work Commitment
• Option 3: $13,000+ cost, No Post-Graduation Work Commitment

Program Start Date: February 1st
