Developed in partnership with Therapy Partner Solutions, this residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians—with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.
Residents participate in a comprehensive blended learning model, including:
- 300+ hours of structured didactic education
- 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship
- Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting
- Asynchronous and live virtual learning
- In-person weekend intensive courses

Eligibility Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
- Employed full-time by start of program
- APTA and Orthopedic Section memberships before program start

Pay
Pay range is based on experience, professional and clinical skill set, and patient outcomes.
Residency financial structure 3 options:
- Option 1: $0 cost, 2 Year Post-Graduation Work Commitment
- Option 2: $5,000+ cost, 1 Year Post-Graduation Work Commitment
- Option 3: $13,000+ cost, No Post-Graduation Work Commitment
