About the role
We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfield.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
- Maintain patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Provide education to patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
- Help patients improve mobility, function, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- Current Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- One year of outpatient clinical experience
