Role: Registered Nurse in Orthopedic unit Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to post-operative and acute orthopedic patientsPerform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medicationsManage wound and fracture care, monitor patient progress, and ensure safe recoveryFocus on pain management and patient mobilityCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staffEducate patients and families on procedures and discharge plansContribute to quality improvement initiatives within a team-oriented environment Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensureExperience in orthopedics or related specialties preferredStrong assessment, communication, and patient education skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a teamKnowledge of wound, fracture, and pain management
