Orthopedic Inpatient - Full-Time NP/PA

About the role

This opportunity primarily involves working in the inpatient space as an independent practitioner, addressing needs such as rounding, discharge planning, emergency department procedures, consults, and follow-up care. Occasionally, the Advanced Practice Professional (APP) may assist in the operating room or outpatient clinical setting as required.

Responsibilities

• Participating in call rotation
• Assisting in the operating room or outpatient clinical setting as required

Requirements

• Prior orthopedic experience preferred
• Active North Carolina licensure (PA or Acute Care NP)
• Must possess or be eligible for a DEA license
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program required
• NCCPA certification (PA) or national board certification (Acute Care NP) preferred

Qualifications

• Candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Prior orthopedic experience preferred

$51.05 - $76.60 per hour based on experience and qualifications
